This 12-Week course is designed to help you maximize your potential on the Army Fitness Test. Whether your are struggling with passing or trying to max the AFT, this program is going to guide you to improvement. It is structured into four separate phases - Foundation, Power, Performance, and Peak Week. This structure ensures your training intensity ramps up to maximize your gains while ensuring you are not overtrained when it is time to take the AFT.

8-week Run plan

This plan is designed for anyone new to running. It first establishes an aerobic base, then ramps up as the 8 weeks go on. The design ensures progression by focusing on establishing a foundation, controlling volume, emphasizing recovery, and improving running mechanics. Don’t leave growth on the table. Run with a plan.

8-week Strength Plan

This 8-week strength plan is built to help you increase PR’s. The plan is a 5-day workout split (Push, Pull, Legs, Upper Body, Lower Body). You will perform heavy compounds followed by accessory lifts. Guidance on increasing intensity and load is built into the plan to ensure you are progressing as you go through the 8 weeks.

Our meal plans are designed to support the intensity of training you are undertaking. Each plan includes meal ideas, recipe lists, instructions, and macro breakdowns. They revolve around high protein, quality carbs, and healthy fats.
